Product description:

Indium vacuum distillation furnace, which is a metal distillation furnace, is used to refine metal Indium. This vacuum distillation furnace vaporize the impurity like lead, zinc, thallium to refine the metal Indium through taking advantage of the different boiling points of those impurities.



The graphite crucible and the metal inside the crucible are heated employing induction heating principle.The hearth temperature gradually reaches to 1000℃ and keep the temperature for 4~5 hours.

In, Zn, Cd, Tl and Pb will vaporize at different temperature and turn into the solid state, while most In metal keeps as liquid state; in this way, the Impurities like Zn and Cd are separated from the In metal.
